They look suspiciously similar to MPGMike's "magic" plugs.
1999 F150 4x4 5.4L V8 4-speed Auto, 4" lift, 33" tires -> 14/17mpg

I have run those for years. He was working on getting those to be OEM right from the factory. His are different than what Mike does. He also drills into the post. This is his other site. http://www.supersonicspark.com/
