VAPOR BOOST/FUEL VAPORIZER

Hey everyone. You do not have to buy a entire fuel economy kit to get a fuel line vapor boost, vaporizer, etc. There is a place that you can get a magnetic heat exchanger that fuel runs threw. It mounts on your heater hose or radiator hose and get wrapped with a heat tape to trap heat into the vaporizer. They sell for $49.95 with fuel lines and fuel line fittings. You have to add your own fuel clamps. go to the http://www.extremeenergysolutions.net website, go to the contact us page and as for Samuel or Zach. They can help you get what you need if you want one of these items.

I'm on my phone at work so I'm having trouble finding the heat exchanger on their website. One question, though. Are the magnets aligned so that the magnetic flux lines are across the flow of fuel? If not, the magnets will have no effect.

Oh, ok. Now that I'm at home I can see the pics. :)

I don't need the expensive aluminum housing; I just want the magnets so I can build my own magnetized heat exchanger...

I would be happy to give you one for free, then you can take it apart and use it anyway you need fit for your application. Yes this is a product that was a part of the old dutchman company, however you could not order just the vaporiser by itself. It is an old hot rod trick that I knew guys using years ago, and it does work to a degree. It will depend on the application and if you can collect heat into the device or not.

Also I will be as professional as possible in this comment, It seems to me there are some not so happy individuals on this forum with the fuel economy industry. We are here to offer our professional and technical help as experts in the fuel economy, emissions, and performance industry. Do not attack us, slam us, slanderize us, nor the people we have had done business with. We are not hear to entertain the idea of amusing others that wish to discredit plausable efforts. We feel all of the people here have very valuable time and we are not here to waste it. We offer our hand in expertise and service. I think you need to take a closer look and let me clerify a few things...First to answer your question, I do not think what we have to offer will help you, but if we run across something that is what you are looking for, I will be glad to share that with you. Second: I believe that some of your information is mixed up a bit. We are not in the business of "selling off old Dutchman stuff". The orginization I belong to is a seperate entity all together, and what we offer as far as fuel economy products are not entirly the same as the dutchman group. The fuel econo system that is offered as an "EES exclusive for GM vehicles" is just that, a system/product developed by EES, not dutchman. There are only one product that may look simular like the Combustion enhancement system, that is "as is old inventory". As far as some of the other green products, there are five that were offered by the UCSA dealer network, however, we have another deal with distributers directly, therfore we have no asscoiation or involvement with "dutchman or UCSA coop" at this time. All other products and services on our site are because we are regional distributors or vendors for those product manufactures.

I called the top guy and we had a fairly good talk.

I pointed out that almost the few pictures showed Dutchman stuff and how much your site looked like a dozen other HAFC sites looked.

He also told me about the companies work on other devices and that you are not with Dutchman any more.

I will not hassle you any more adn wait and see.

I am looking for a double container heat exchanger, one that flows hot water thought a tube tha containsg a tube or coil inside with the gas in the inside tube, like a hot water version of the old Cool Can, not the Dutchman strap onto a heater hole version...

Hey, rich, I've got exactly what you're looking for. Extremely easy to make with hardware store parts...

I received the free heat exchanger from MPG101EES a few days ago but with Thanksgiving going on I am just now getting back to my computer. I was expecting only the HE itself, but he sent me the HE, hard plastic lines, quick connects, pretty much everything required to hook it up to the vehicle. Even threw in a bottle of their fuel additive. :) I used the additive on the first tank when I was heading home, but it wasn't a fair test of MPG since I ended up pulling a 13000# load (hauling calves for my dad).

I'm going to combine the magnets from this HE with the "water jacket" type HE that I posted up earlier. Finding the right size of pipe to fit snugly around the magnets will probably be the most difficult part; the magnets are very loose inside 3/4-in copper pipe.

I'm having extreme difficulty finding the right size of pipes and connectors to fit the magnets. I think I might have found a solution but I wouldn't consider it optimal, design-wise. I'm going to have to adapt piping around the original aluminim HE to get a water jacket. It will probably be troublesom to keep from leaking, though that's what experimenting is all about. :)

In the spirit of full disosure, I'm basically trying to get the magnets inside of the jacketed HE design from above. I think I may have found something, though, so I'll keep you updated. :)
