Hydrocarbon Cracking System

sounds to me like it is a vaporizer. simple concept. I believe the part that attaches to the exhaust is nothing more than a flashback arrestor. price is right, I couldn't put together a kit for that price. wonder what it would cost to ship a couple of units into the states?

at the risk of stealing this thread, and if that is the case, please move this to where it is more appropriate. what if we added something like this to a hho generator? possibly add another bubbler with gasoline instead of water? maybe run the hose to the radiator before entering the engine?
